Eine BNSF-Intermodalanlage mit über 1,1 Millionen Lifts pro Jahr direkt am Vorfeld, ein FedEx-Sortierzentrum mit der drittgrössten Sortierfläche der USA und kein einziger Linienpassagier: Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance ist seit 1989 der erste rein industriell konzipierte Flughafen Amerikas. FedEx betreibt hier seinen Southwest Regional Sort Hub, Amazon Air einen Regionalhub mit täglichen Rotationen, zusammen kamen 2024 über 628 Millionen Pfund Luftfracht zusammen, rund 285'000 Tonnen.
