# Lkw- und Buszölle (Section 232)

Stand: Juli 2026. Seit dem 1. November 2025 erheben die USA gemäss Proklamation vom 17. Oktober 2025 einen Section-232-Zoll von 25 % auf importierte mittelschwere und schwere Nutzfahrzeuge (Lkw der US-Klassen 3–8 wie Sattelzugmaschinen, Kipper und Müllfahrzeuge) sowie deren Teile; Busse (HTSUS-Position 8702) werden mit 10 % belegt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Section 232 des Trade Expansion Act von 1962 (nationale Sicherheit) – nicht die IEEPA, auf die sich die reziproken Zölle stützen. Für in den USA montierte Lkw und Motoren gilt bis 31. Oktober 2030 ein Hersteller-Offset von 3,75 % des Fahrzeugwerts zur teilweisen Anrechnung der auf Teile gezahlten Zölle. Bei USMCA-konformen Fahrzeugen aus Kanada und Mexiko wird der Zoll nur auf den Nicht-US-Wertanteil erhoben; das US-Handelsministerium (ITA) veröffentlichte dazu am 2. Februar 2026 ein Nachweisverfahren, die US-Zollbehörde CBP folgte im Mai 2026 mit Anmeldevorgaben. Nicht zu verwechseln mit den Autozöllen (Section 232) auf Pkw und leichte Lkw. Bei der Anmeldung über das Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) sind Stacking-Regeln zu beachten; rahmenabkommensbedingt gelten für EU- und japanische Fahrzeugteile abweichende Obergrenzen.
