Eine begünstigte Firmenrate kann an eine vorgeschriebene Erklärung auf der Handelsrechnung gebunden sein. Fehlt sie oder ist sie falsch, kann der höhere allgemeine Satz fällig werden. Entscheidend sind die Warenbeschreibung, Zusammensetzung, Zolltarifnummer und der Ursprung. Ein Produkt mit Erbsenprotein ist nicht automatisch erfasst.
