Containerverkehr, Linienanläufe oder eine breitere Zollabfertigung finden hier nicht statt; es handelt sich um eine werkseigene Anlage mit eng begrenztem Warenspektrum. Die Anbindung erfolgt per Strasse an das zentralgriechische Netz, während die nahe Autobahn A1 Athen und Thessaloniki verbindet. Speditionen mit Container- oder Stückgutbedarf nutzen besser Volos rund 60 km nordöstlich, für allgemeines Schüttgut kommt auch der benachbarte Hafen Stylida in Frage.
