Gingoog ist weniger ein einzelner Kai als ein Hafenverbund am Kopf der Gingoog-Bucht an der Nordküste Mindanaos, zu dem auch Anlagen wie Talisayan, Medina, Lunao, Anakan und das private Indophil-Terminal zählen. Während der öffentliche Kai mit rund 3,4 m nur flach ist, kann die Indophil-Anlage Schiffe bis 200 m Länge und 10 m Tiefgang aufnehmen. Umgeschlagen werden vor allem Agrar- und Forstprodukte der Region; ein regelmässiger internationaler Containerlinienverkehr ist hier nicht bestätigt. Das Hinterland ist über die Küstenstrasse angebunden. Für FCL-Container und internationale Anschlüsse ist Cagayan de Oro der nahe gelegene Gateway-Hafen.
