Millhaven ist eine kleine Ortschaft am Nordufer des Ontariosees in der Gemeinde Loyalist, westlich von Kingston, deren Umgebung (Bath) im 19. Jahrhundert für ihren Schiffbau bekannt war – 1816 lief hier mit der «Frontenac» der erste Dampfer Oberkanadas vom Stapel. Heute ist der Ort vor allem durch die Strafanstalt Millhaven Institution bekannt und besitzt keine kommerzielle Hafenfunktion mehr; ein Linien-, Container- oder Schüttgutverkehr findet nicht statt (Kaitiefe rund 1,8 m). Für Frachtkapazität am Ontariosee dienen Kingston, Oshawa oder Hamilton.
