Partially. The 10% Section 122 baseline duty expires by statute on 24 July 2026 (150-day limit). However, USTR has proposed Section 301 replacement duties of 10–12.5% on around 60 trading partners, which carry no expiration date. Existing Section 301 China tariffs and Section 232 steel/aluminium duties continue regardless.
